I am not sure about that, but I did have the ratio changed on my K03 drag chip so the throttle plate was at 100% by the time my pedal was at 25%.

I thought I read somewhere where the throttle is wide open most of the time, and power is controlled by fuel and boost.
I'm guessing part-throttle cruising has to be controlled with the throttle plate, but even slight acceleration it will fully open.
I bet there's a VAG-COM field that will tell you throttle position.

..including block 003. I don't know what box he's running with; apparently that and many other variables are involved. From what it looks like, a 1 to 1 ratio seems to be out of the question :-/ Anyone else care to chime in?

https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1041936.phtml#thread</a
