Default Penny for your thoughts on brakes?

Penny for your thoughts on rotors and brakepads...

Do you know how much the stock rotors run? If there's not a big difference, I'll just buy something fun...

I'm thinking of the dba slotted rotors (If I'm doing the fronts, I may as well do them all huh?) What's the difference between the club spec rotors and the cross drilled+slotted ones?

I'm also thinking of minitex redbox pads. Any experience with them? What's the draw back to "low dust"?

Default I ran into problems w/

the DBA x-drilled and slotted rotors using EBC green pads - and others have had problems w/ the DBA slotted with Mintex Reds - so be careful in your combination

Default Come on man, with the low ID# you have...

...I'd expect more from you! This exact question comes up at least once per week. There are lots of people here with DBA rotors and RedBox pads (including me). A quick search of the archives (searching against just the S4 Forum) will turn up tons of general info on this setup. Then if you have specific questions that aren't answered via the archives, come back and ask those questions.

Default DBAs aren't crap, IMHO. I have them paired up with Mintex RedBox pads...

...with no issues. Good street setup.
