people with porterfield R4S , loud! ?

Default people with porterfield R4S , loud! ?
just installed some porterfields ont he front, they are the street r4s so i thought they would be somewhat quiet, however soon as they get a lil warm they scream, i have not turned the front rotors yet "i plan to" nor did i install the caliper pad grease, is there no way around them being loud? or do i just need to do one of the above?

I have them on another vehicle (2 soon) and they are utterly silent with NO dust.

Default you need to really heat them up before they'll shut up...
bed 'em hard and you should be good to go. Dust is really low btw

Default friend had them on a boxster, they screamed...
he more than likely didn't use any grease on them.

Mine were fine (quiet) for ~15K. Front and rear.

only pads with no dust are the ones that don't touch the rotor

Default 200 miles of stopping a 4,800 lb SUV and only place I see dust is where jiggy juice for sidewall
slopped onto edge of wheels and gave it something to stick to. Amazingly clean.

The caliper pad grease is there to prevent squeaking. My Porterfield's are silent.
