I've got HRE 540R 19x9.5

I believe offset is 26.5 and 16 with 2" lip front and 3" lip rear.

Default i understand those are hre540r. thats what i was asking...
which size did you go with on the hre's... i shouldve been clearer...

but i was curious to know what wheel that is that i posted the photo of...

my car is under the knife as we speak, and soon ill need to get new wheels... so i need to find the best offset... and i cant get a straight answer...

Default don't go by what I said...
get measurements and send them to HRE or whoever is building them for you. Not all setups will be the same. The wheels that you found in my picture poster are Angstrom Mesh, but Angstrom is no longer in business. Boyd Coddington builds this wheel (actually they stole the design from Eric) but dealing with them was a huge pita and I figured it wasn't worth it.
