I've already bought the D1 and waiting to have a custom dash kit made. I would like to see what the end result will look like. If you have pictures of any aftermarket double din installed in yalls S4 post a picture.

Initially the shop tried carbon fiber, but it kept breaking at the top where it's very thin.
I think black ABS looks cheap. I might get something done in fiber glass later.

i know it doesnt match the interior, but how bad / good does it really look?

The buttons are green and 2 are blue, they don't realy jump at you. I found the difference in color is barely discernible.
This week I will try to take better pictures of the whole dashboard in the dark.
