Pinhole leak in bottom of Coolant tank is teh sukc!

I think I have this same problem....
I noted that below my coolant tank there is residue from where it dropped out on the '5v' engine cover and down onto the exhaust manifold, but I haven't seen the tank leak. Is this a simple "replace the tank" deal, or is there an O-ring or something that needs replaced?
