My first S was a 2000 and when I went to take off the accordian hose to pressure test on this car I was really perplexed on how that hose came out. Both FixedWing (his car is also a 2000)and I were really confused on how it was suppose to come out without breaking the spider hose. Kinda funny since neither of us are noobs when it comes to tearing into these cars and for a good 10 min that damn hose got the better of both of us.

The brake booster still gets vacuum from the back of the manifold.
The '00 and '01s only have the manifold connection so it will work fine if you just cap that line (and plug the hole).
