Pls Help! Strange thing happened on the way to work today.
I'm driving along enjoying the nice weather when I start to smell cigarette smoke. At first I thought it was coming from the car in front of me but after I passed him it was still there and was getting even stronger. I then thought that someone might have flicked a butt into my sunroof so I pulled over and checked around and found nada. Then I realized it was coming from the A/C vent. WTF! I've got a 3 hour drive to the country tonight and back on Sunday and it's going to be hot out and my car smells like an ashtray when I turn on the A/C. My shirt still smell like rancid butts. Any one know where the intake for the A/C is? I have to assume that somehow it picked up a burning cigarette butt.

Intake for interior air is under the black cowl on the passenger-side of the car....
...I kind of doubt that a cigarette would make it all the way in there given the amount of plastic shields in the way, but I suppose it's possible.
