Yes, BLK01S4, caps are not manufacturing flaw, especially if still on the turbo when installed :-P

Default 100% failure rate. hybrid turbos suck, and its all Jacobs fault

I've had a few cars come in with blown ko4/k16s . 3 in the past 6 months

Jacob mentioned a 10% failure rate early on, but claims to have solved the problem.

and they all had bearings from the early 2005 batch which caused us problems.
