Default well AoA treated me badly...

and had it gone to court I woulda been entitled to fairly large damages. They mishandled the whole thing about as badly as they possibly could have.

Really a shame, they had the chance to simply replace Lemimola and that would have been fine at the time.

Default i remember the tail end of your ordeal...

but i didn't know they had two sets of turbos leading up to it.

sounds like the dealer service department and the AoA representative should be looking for other jobs.

Default it was the area rep and AoA that were the bad guys...

the dealer did their best...uh the SECOND dealer...there was a whole separate saga with Rusnak Pasadena.

2 times...17k and 23k. They screwed up the first set and did not install them right.

Default AoA treated me great. They sent me a $200 gift certificate.

It was one of those customer service calls where they want to get a feel for your satisfaction. They asked me about my Audi experience and I told them that I was not happy with the S4 at all. I also own a TT. I explained to them that I bought the car because it was supposed to be a high performance sportscar. I also said that I drove the car hard because that was its purpose. I expressed my dissapointment with the mechanical breakdowns and they tried to make it up to me. The lady on the phone was understanding and said that the car should have been able to take an agressive driver without any problems. She told me that she was my personal AoA representive and gave me all her contact information in the event of future issues. She then informed me that they would be sending me a $200 gift certificate for purchases from their Audi Catalog. It made a difference that they cared.

Default Replaced at 38K under warranty - 48K now......

and it is starting to get the slight turbo siren noise again!

I'm gonna buy extended warranty for sure - or win the lotto and buy the new S4 with no turbos.

I wish the turbo problems would someday be cured
