not all LED's are created equal.
I'd be very curious to see just how bright these guys are.
Also, if these are std T-1 3/4 LED's, 4 will not fit inside the side-marker housing.
They appear to be std. T-1 3/4 LED's.
I'm not familiar with the 'city light' application, but more than 4 LED's in a bunch, and you may not get them in the mounting hole.
I'm gonna buy a few and see how they compare to mine.
I'll let ya know.
BTW- Ultra-Brite White LED's are expensive!

in the projector housing. LEDs are more directional and may cause a look much different from the original bulbs. A bright dot as opposed to "prizm" reflected look.
I would give that up though for a close color match to the xenon low beams.

the brighter they are, the less degree of coverage they make also.
I note this to all that buy them.
Some people do not like how directional they are.
The Ultra-Brite LED's I use are a blue/white light, very similar to Xenon light.
They offer a 20 degree coverage pattern.

I bought the #194 replacement bulb from myroadster.net, the 4 LED cluster.
I make a 2-LED cluster that does the same thing; provide a direct OEM replacement of the #194 bulb.
My 2-LED cluster is definitely brighter than the 4-LED cluster from myroadtser.
My 2-cluster package is on top here.

No, I don't have "scientific info.", just my eyes, which are slightly blinded right now, from looking into them both.
My cost to you is $25 for the pair, shipping in the US included.
myroadtser.net changes a minimal $2 shipping.
I'm not here to flame them or anyone else, I just wanted to prove to myself that my simple product can be competative.
you decide.<ul><li><a href="http://home.attbi.com/~jbipes/ttr/sides.html">Ultra Bright LED Sidemarkers and 'City Lights'</a></li></ul>
