why do you all turn off X?
i usually run in L mode and was tempted to turn off the X band.. but.. have noticed a few local popo's sitting around still using that.. and have been pulled over once (just got a verbal warning) while he was sitting on the side of the road. STRONG X band brapping away.
Cambell, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Cupertino mainly were i pick up the X band patrol.

Didn't think it was in use anywhere locally (south bay).
Tons of false's from it anyways, would be difficult to discern something real.
CHP uses Ka only, afaik, and on the highways is the only areas I'm likely to need radar detection anyways.
