Tech in R&D lab for a catalyst manufacturing company. We supply Ford, DC, MMC, Honda, Toyota, VW, etc... We also do SSEC (Stationary Source Emission Control). Every once in a while I get to slum over in our dyno lab running the EPA test cycles on vehicles. Lately I've been doing a lot of work on DLNT's (Diesel Lean NOx traps). I used to get confused with AW catalyst terminology but I'm up to speed now![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Precats = Close Coupled
Main Cats = Underbody Catalysts
Three cheers for easy yearly emission testing, because if you had to duplicate the EPA test cycle every year all people with gutted downpipes would fail.
