Default Yup..and the fact that its turned off with a remote
I bet its a very simple RF signal that can easily be stolen/repeated.

Default i read an article about anti-theft stuff in southafrica a while ago... had some really cool stuff!!!
most of the cars are hijacked at gunpoint, not stolen unattended though. but they had side-mirror-mounted flamethrowers, and a huge bar on a hinge, mounted under the sideskirt, which at the push of a button would swing out at approximately mach 3 and knock the ******* like 10 feet back and/or chop his feet right off. always wanted one of those.

Default yeah, they have some insane security stuff there. kidnapping is frightfully common in some of those
countries.
