Default is it possible to get a set of rims with a deeper lip for the rear of the B5?

if so, what is the size I should be looking for, and are there suggested wheel manufacturers you guys would suggest?

Default technically yes, but without extensive suspension reconfigurment

you'll take a big hit on handling.

^^^ the above only applies if you stagger the tires, particurally if you put WIDER tires on the REAR. should you put wider tires on the front, you might see a marginal (but possibly unbalanced) improvement. ie: less understeer.

Default 3" Lip is possible on a 9" wide.

did you roll your fenders? and how much rubbing do you experience?

Default Nope. There is nothing to roll in the back. Zero rubbing. As long as you get the right offset

and correct size tire you'll be fine.
