Post-post-Waterfest Thread. Pictures by Bernie@dubNation. *56k run*
Waterfest weekend I had the chance to meet Bernie Chacon who is an amazing photographer from the West Coast. Talked a bit and he snapped some extra extra pictures of my car. First pictures since the exhaust was put on. Very upset with my car right now. Came out of the dealer Tuesday after having both turbos replaced @ 20,000 miles. Ran fine for a day or two, and yesterday a few problems arose. Coolant seemed to be leaking from somewhere (air bubble probable cause) and I have a gut feeling that a hose somewhere is loose. More than likely an IC hose. Under WOT the car moves slower than a Geo Metro with cinder blocks in the trunk. No more Oomph even with the Abt ECU. I also hear a gush of air just being let loose. It isn't the DV's by the way. So Monday morning, after not being able to drive my car this entire weekend, I'll have to drive over and drop it off, again. Ugh!
On to the pictures. Full photoshoot next Sunday most likely. Should have calipers painted and 5mm spacers on the rears, along with re-doing the yellow lamin-x film this time with 55w yellow fogs instead of the 80w that burned the film. OOoops =x.
I should also mention that my class was made up of Audi TT's and Post '97 S4's. TTight came in first in my class and I was right behind him in 2nd. Not bad for my first actual show in the S4.
