Default Potenza Help Please

I just noticed that my passenger side rear Potenza has a bubble on it. What is the proper procedure at this point? Is it under warranty at Audi, or something I have to pay for?

Thanks for any help!

Default Go to your Audi dealer. There was a letter from Audi about this a few months ago. Audi should

take care of this by getting a new tire for you, even though the tire should also be covered under the tire mfr's warranty. If your dealer doesn't help, post on here again, and somebody will dig-up that letter from Audi.
Also, if you want, you can put in a complaint with the NHTSA about these tires. Go to the NHTSA website

http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/ivoq/oscripts/IVOQ/VOQ/voq1.cfm

and let them know. I think the NHTSA was looking into this a while ago.<ul><li><a href="http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/ivoq/oscripts/IVOQ/VOQ/voq1.cfm">NHTSA</a></li></ul>

Default I found the letter from Audi. Its dated 12/21/2000. It says...

"We promise to replace, free of charge, any original equipment tire or Audi approved replacement tire on your Audi S4 with remaining groove depth of 2 millimters or more that has been damaged due to impact with a pothole or obstacles in the road surface, and not as the result of other road hazards or abuse or negligence."
They give this phone number to call for assistance: 1-877-354-2834
