POWER LOSS

POWER LOSS
Has anyone had a problem such as the following:
good power until 3800 or so RPM when the car builds heavy boost, Power drops off then builds back up at like 6000.
Worse when the car gets warm.
We have replaced TBB's, F-hose, Clamps, Epoxied intercoolers, done blowoffs.
Car has Downpipes, 3 stage EMCS.
Not showingpressure loss faults.
Help would be appreciated.

Re: POWER LOSS
Can you get a graph of the boost vs RPM?
Also can you get a graph of the injector duties vs rpm on the same page? I think it would be interesting to see.
I dont know if the car will show low boost if its not below the factory specs.. Depends on how apr did their chip I guess.

Epoxied intercoolers - hardcore. Check data block 115 with a VAG tool and you will
be able to see ther difference between the boost requested by the ecu and the actual boost. The spec is +-20 mbar at WOT (unless you go to my local dealer in which case being 600 or so off is "normal", but I digress).
