Power outage took out the ISP suck! damn it, if they dont fix it quick,

You're fvcked. The ISP will take longer to get the server back up.

The power company will usually get power up within a few hours (unless it's a major outage like a huge generator went down or something). Then it takes the ISP another 5 hours to get the server back up and running because they have to go through all their tests to make sure everything was okay after the power went down.
