Power Steering "moaning"....

Power Steering "moaning"....
Fluid was just flushed about a month ago, however I do have a distinct high pitch whine/hum when turning the wheel all the way in a giving direction?
Thoughts?

Power steering fluid level- Checked? ...
Had the moans and it was a leak. Moans went away with addition of fluid (ie: power steering fluid, not just any fluid) Worse in the cold (maybe because it was winter) Heard of same from air in the system. Good luck sir.
