i was cheking my fluids the other day and i noticed my power steering fluid was completely low and i really dont know what type of fluid to add can i use regular??? also there is no audi dealership near my home so i went to the volkswagen one near my house and the guy told me i can use their fluid also but in my car's resevor says G002000 fluid and the the one they gave me is G004012 what should i do????

G004012 (synthetic) supersedes and is compatible with G002000 (mineral). You can mix them but it is advised to do a flush anyway.

If you were to buy non-VW/Audi fluid, you want to buy Pentosin 11S.

Since you lost some PS fluid, apparently, you should probably look for obvious signs of leaks in the system.
