Default Don't have the bi-pipe...but here is some info ...

I have a 2000 S4 that is 4 months shy of 2 years of age.
I had debated whether to get the APR bi-pipe or get the reinforced TBB made by AMS.

Because of pricing, I decided to give the reinforced TBB a try.
After the installation, when I looked at my almost 2 years old stock TBB, there was nothing wrong with it. It was intact, and no signs of possible future cracks or anything.
The reinforced TBB is just as preventive medicine, so I don't have to deal with it later...but I feel that had I not changed the stock TBB out, it would probably still be good for a few more years to come.

Getting the bi-pipe is certainly another feel safe way to making sure that the stock TBB won't give out on you. But seriously, I'm not sure anymore it is a worthy upgrade, since even my stock TBB was handling my load just fine.

If you put a lot of undue stress in your car, by simply tracking it quite a bit for example, then it is a worthy mod, imho!
Otherwise, stick to your guns, and keep some money in your pocket by simply getting a reinforced TBB instead!

Good luck on your choice.

Default good info, tks.

so you're not chipped then right? I want to put a chip in, so that's really why I'd wanted to replace the TBB & BPV's.

I also intend to get my **** to the track. After I do a few more things to the sled.

Yes, actually, but only because my Samco TBB was leaking like a sieve.
