That price for that RS4 posted on AW classified is that for USED RS4 ?

because I can't justify 95000 usd for used RS4

something here is not right, when I was on vacation in Europe in May, I have checked out prices for used RS4, because new one are not made anymore, they are few left that have very low milege, other wise price were from 43000 US to 60000 US max with milege range from 5000km to 98000km , importing one to anywhere in North America was about 1000-1500 US, all the fees and other things paper work around ~1000us,
this is what I found when I was there at the dealer and one of 80 vehicles i checked out:
2000 RS4 fully loaded with 40000 km (~24800 miles) navigation, BOSE, and so on... total cost to me: 49,000.00 EUR = 46,173.39 USD
paper and shipping to let say to Canada : extra 2200 us is not a problem from Germany, dealers will do the shipment right to your door, as long you pay the money and even it will prepared for NA-specs so it can pass the tests.

2,200.00 shipping

Well you need to have it pass emissions too - but its definetly not $35k worth.
If you *really* want one, there is an importer I believe that is in Baltimore, that will do it for high $60's to low to mid $70k.

95 for used..?? lol.. Sorry, but a used S4 will run say.. 34,000 (very low miles)
Uhm.. Stage 3, suspension, body kit.. Say you put 1o,ooo in the engine, 1o,ooo for the body, and 1o,ooo for suspension (rims, coilovers, swaybars.. whatever).. Now your up to $64,ooo.. Now if your going to say the RS4 will still be faster.. Okay put anther $15,ooo in the engine.. Now your up to 8o,ooo and you still got $15,ooo left for whatever 
Now what did I miss? Now why would I want to spend $15,ooo more for the RS4??
