You all warned me - and I went in expecting a disaster. Disclaimer is, I am used to pehaps the best dealership / service dept. in the USA at North Scottsdale Audi...immaculate, loaner cars 100% of the time - so I have seen it as it should be. At Greenwich, I got my car back with everything done that I requested - I don't think they used synthetic, so I am having the oil rechanged which annoys me, and the killer... the car came back to me ABSOLUTELY FILTHY which really pissed me off considring I called an hour and a half before picking up say "I will be there, please have it washed ad ready to go"... I would give it a B / B+

At least that has been my dealer experience. Sorry to hear your experience was less than stellar, but welcome to what many of us already get to deal with.

I would recommend using Audi of Fairfield instead.
