"audi" is germanic in origin. the others are latinate

yikes..don't even know how to sound that one out :-)

Audi = Ow-dee

Auto = German for car, Pronounciation = Ow-toe...

("Ow" as in "Ow that hurt"..I know there's a better spelling for that...sorry.)

Anyway, this thread should be dropped. It's Ow-dee..the Germans have spoken.
