Default protecting A4/S4 xenon headlights

<center><img src="http://home.comcast.net/~ztechdesigns/2000lbf-displacement-sm.jpg"></center><p>
Stainless Steel brackets to reinforce the headlights and sensor kit to set off the alarm when the headlights are disturbed. easy DIY mods. Both mods can be fabricated if you choose to do it yourself but i'm just presenting an alternative to people who may want some extra protection but don't have the time or energy to fabricate their own parts. goodluck.

the tabs break across the vertical part the tabs, not the top. extending a metal tab over them won't do anything, you guys need to analyze the failure from a material standpoint so wrapping the plastic tab with metal wont do anything at all. also the metal bracket can not go under the tab if it does it will increase the height of your headlights by the thickness of the metal and would add that much more of a gap between your headlights and bumper.

Default i think a metal shield coupled with a motion sensor

is the way to go. theives punch out the tabs from the front. you want a shield that takes the first impact, then the alarm goes off.

hell, just a motion sensor is good enough. making the headlights harder to steal physically just means more damage to the body work.
