PURIM side skirts and rear valence

Does anyone know if PURIM side skirts and rear valence require a adhesion promoter or just a flexible primer?

PURIM is the plastic used for OEM s4 sides and rear valences.

PURIM = Poly-Urethane Reaction Injection Molding

Some polyurethanes require an adhesion promoter before being painted.
