Question about boost spike then only holding about 11psi.

I must have jinx'd myself. I just got back from my lunch break. My car has been off the road for
about a month.
I did 2 second gear and 4th gear pulls.
2nd- spike to 16 pause climb to about 20
4th- spike to about 22 drop like a brick to 17 climb back to about 21.
Ironically I bought a new N75 from carson. Just got it today! I don't think thats my problem. I am guessing a boost leak.
My top IC hose I have 2 hoses joined by a coupler. I had to do this b/c that piece only comes in a 3in and 6in iirc and I need a 4in.
Now is a good time for me to just special order it.
What size is the RS4 IC pipe and the bi-pipe ends? I am just going to do that now.
