Question about HIDs and ballasts
When a ballast goes bad, does it usually go out completely and will not fire the bulb or over time it goes bad ?
About a week ago for a few days straight i was geeting a bad bulb warning and pass side HID would not turn on. I figured I would take the bulb out and swap it with the other headlight to see if it was just the bulb or what. Before getting to this though, now they suddenly work and have seemed fine for over the past week. Also...the bulbs are phillips and are a little more then a year old...
