Question about performance gains from exhaust mod.

This saturday I am getting a custom 3" exhaust put on my car. It has a 3" inlet magnaflow muffler with 2 2 1/2" tips. The pipe will unbolt from the y-pipe and go through to the back with 1 muffler.

How much hp can I expect from this mod?

If you're stock..

I would expect only a few HP, but when chipped it's more like 12-15HP depending on the exhaust. It's more of a sound thing when stock.

There is little evidence to show that you'll get anything significant
