I want to get the Xenon Style Fog Light Kit/ Superwhite bulbs. How many watts are the standard bulbs, and what should/could I upgrade to?
Where are can I get these bulbs from and how much?

H7 bulbs normally operate at 55 watts. I do not like the heavily coated blue bulbs because they are usually high wattage, and that blue coating makes them give of a lot more heat, which might damage your fog light housing. I suggest you get some 55 watt Philips bluevision bulbs from www.autolamps-online.com They are an excellent source for automotive lighting. I'm installing actual xenon gas discharge (HID) lightbulbs in my fogs. Try the Philips bluevisions, they are really bright, and they light is pure white with a blueish tint. If you really want those rice boy blue bulbs, goto www.24hiper.com and they have blue bulbs.

i have heard of many people though that use the 75w; which give a better match and are perfectly compatable wthh the foglights.
oh yes, and the S4' use H7 type foglight bulbs.
