Question on the fog-light/ESP switch

I know some of you without ESP have substituted an fog-light/ESP switch for the fog-light/blank switch in the car and then used the ESP switch (with a relay) to control various things (alarms, radar detectors, etc.).
What I need to know is does the ESP switch have an indicator light which can be hooked up in such a way that it is lit whenever the power is switched on for that switch? How is this light wired in? The light is a simple single colour on/off light, right? Thanx.
Oh, the photo offers a little tease for what will be switched. :-)

The ESP button I bought has an LED in it
I've got a 2000 which had a blank button where the ESP button goes. I purchased one from Clair and used it to switch my EDL in and out.
The button contains a momentary switch configured in such a way to make debouncing easy with a few gates. The LED already has a dropping resistor so all you have to do is apply 12V to the appropriate pin.

It would be possible to drill hole. There is a light, but for "nighttime" illumination of the ESP
letters.
It is momentary, so like RobC said, you will need a flip-flop, relay, transistor and debouncing circuit to turn things on and off. (You can make it easily turn on things without the debounce and flip flop, but they will have to turn off with another button or ignition.)

You're right about the "light"
I was mistaken about the LED. There is one but it's for the the ESP illumination which I used to indicate when EDL on or off. It's hard to see during the day, but works very well when it gets darker.
