Question for HID Bulb ??? Anyone has with 3000K Yellow HID, How was the light output anyone knows???

Default Question for HID Bulb ??? Anyone has with 3000K Yellow HID, How was the light output anyone knows???

It's batter or brighter than 4300k,5000k,6000k but I know is 5400k with 50w is the best light output and brighter.

Daseighty had yellow HID bulbs for a bit. Do a search for his posts. I think he didn't like them.

Default Well, if the civic that was trying to get me to race in TN, or AR, or wherever was running 3000k

hids, they had pretty good light output assuming he was running 35w ballasts. Stuck out like a sore thumb though. May or may not be legal, if it is, I'd keep a printout of the law in your glovebox.

Default Saw in your pic poster, do the mcculloch hid bulbs provide better visibility then oem?

Default Have them and absolutely love them. Never given a problem by the law enforcement.

These lights have the best output I have ever seen. Cut right through rain and snow AND fog like no other. My 55w H7 Ion Yellow fog bulbs are a JOKE compared to these. Attention getters though... don't say I didn't warn you.

You saying the 3000k is the better light output than 4300k and 6000k in rain and snow ???

Yes I think so, McCulloch 5000k or 6000k HID bulbs provide better then oem.
