Not sure how the stock chip will deal with the FMIC and DPs etc etc.
You've got everything else you need! The pads that are in your stoptechs should be fine, but moving up to a dedicate track pad certainly won't hurt.
Your MXs will be more than adequate on the track. They really deal with the heat very well. However, that being said. You will get a lot of strange wear on the tread blocks as well as a LOT of push up. Possibly even some chunking depending on how much wear is on the tires already.

I've actually been driving that way for 2 days now (I'm conducting "tests") and it's been a real blast. Lost a lot of power, but wow, the smoothness!
