Question - why does Audi choose the Bridgestone tire as O.E.?

Default If you compare what we get for the price, we are getting more bang for the buck then an M3 or any MB

Audi had to skimp somewhere.....the RE040 is not that bad a tire, just not great.

Default Just ordered a set of S-02 PP's today from my local tire dealer...

Town Fair Tire in Northampton, MA. $195 each for 225/45/ZR17. That's $8 less per tire than the tirerack. I was quite surprised!

In Europe, some AMG Mercedes come with Bridgestone S02 non-PP
