1) Do I need to break this thing in?

2) How hard can I launch with it in there? (II+)

3) Is it longer lasting than the stock clutch, or just harder gripping?

4) Why is this thing so expensive, when you can get a ghetto clutch for 80 bux? Is it some exotic material? Is the PP some engineering marvel? Just curious...

1) break in is 500 miles, I put about 400 before I took it to the drag strip. you might consider breaking it in more than I did.

2)you can launch as hard as you want, the question is can the rest of the car take the beating. I usually do 4-4.5k launches at the strip.

3)I think it will last about the same as stock because the clutch disk is stock and it's the pressure plate that the difference between the two.

4) it's a fricken audi, get over it! Everything is expensive.

On a side note, if had to do my clutch again I would get something more than the RS4 clutch. Maybe the Werks of Art clutch or some from ACT, clutch masters etc..
