quick audio question
if the BOSE sound system has an amplifier
would it be posible to remove and replace the stock amp with an aftermarket amp that has multi chanells???
that way you could power the rear speakers and a sub or 2 + u wouldnt have to run an additianal; wires from the amp to radio right???

That sounds good in theory - I hope you are right
but, i would imagine the audi system probably has some strange wiring harnesses that connect to the amp. I wonder if there is some sort of adapter or something you would have to buy.

Agreed. Bose speakers are garbage compared to a nice aftermarket product.
Problem is, with the Bose system, you really can't upgrade in phases. It's all or nothing (except for a sub add-on). Save your money, and do it all at once.

Re: Remember Bose system does not use a mid range, only high and base..weird system
Hey, hi guys, I'm new here. I just got my S4 a few weeks ago, LOVE it.
But the Bose system sucks. I had a 96 Dodge intrepid Es before, and that Infinity system bumped so hard people thought I had a box in the trunk. I need some subs. do you think it's possible to install a sub under each front seat? That would be the ****!
Thanks!

Mo, i think i might be close to blowing my rear decklid speakers again...
do you know a good brand that is a direct fit?
I'm not going to upgrade anything else, so they have to work with the stock stuff, but this will be the second time I have blown my rears, so I'm thinking about something a little more reliable.
Thanks...
