Quick Ko4 Question
Just trying to get some information. Is it nessescary to have aftermarket downpipes and exhaust for ko4 applications? If its not required what type of gains are we looking at with aftermarket downpipes?

It is not strictly required to have aftermarket DPs, you can work just fine on "piggies" which are nothing more than modified stock downpipes.
The exhaust though needs to be definitely open so yes, you need an aftermarket one.
