for the past few months my car has had a boost leak problem. Finally yesterday after pressure testing the car at my dealer, the tech calls me to tell me that the "Banjo" bolt ( don't quote me on the name, that's what he said), the bolt that holds the air/vacuum line to the turbo is missing. It apparently is a bolt with 2 washers with holes in it for the air to pass through.
Anyone heard of such a thing before?
how hard is it to get to the bolt?
Is there a possibility that the turbo has already suffered considerable damage because of this missing bolt?
thanks for the advice..

I'm not even sure if its reachable to install a new banjo bolt unless you pull the motor. A pressure test would have located that leak in no time since its coming from the compressor side.
