Quick Seafoam Question -> need help for emission testing -TIA

I am a bit worried about failing emissions. Car was running quite rich for a while, and I thought instead of spending an extra $100 to redo the test after failing it, I would spend $5 and Seafoam just in case.
Where do people usualy hook up into? After MAF during the Y split? There appears to be a vacuum there. See 'B'
Any other suggestions?

T into the line from FPR to manifold. in that picture a boost gauge is T'd in. you'd unook that from
the T and just put a 12" or so piece of hose there to use to 'sip' up the seafoam.

My wifes allroad had bad cats and I reset the the codes and checked the readiness codes every few
miles and was able to sneak it by before the codes came back yet after the readiness codes were OK (small window of opportunity) But it did work.
