This is the first time meeting these guys and I can definitely say that it is not the last time I will be visiting their shop. They were all very personable and down-to-earth, cool guys. Also, this was the first time I had 3 people working on my car - especially just for an exhaust. 
BTW, I had their Tru Dual exhaust installed today with the larger 3.5" tips. I love the look of the entire system and the way it looks on the car is even better. First impressions of the fit and finish are first class, and the tone and levels of the exhaust are getting better and better as the exhaust burns in. I will update in a week or two after the exhaust settles in and I get a chance to really check everything out.
Mark and Frank dealt with the small issue of Audi giving me the wrong DP clamps very well. They solved the issue without flinching.
