Quick video clip of me and Tomasz at the Glen (he's in the Nogaro S4).
Just got back from the NEQ Audi Club DE at the Glen. Not going to do a formal writeup, but it was fun. Day one sucked ***, because of the rain, lots of it...so much they closed the track, then the fog came, and they closed the track...blah, blah, blah. Couple of bad things happened, I'm not going to get into it, so don't ask, it's not my place to say. Second day (today) was warm and sunny, it went well.
The clip below is from the first day, Tomasz is behind me at first, but eventually gets around because I let him. ;-)

Right-click, Save as... (5.5 MB WMV File)

So what do you think happened?
Not sure but my feeling is that you got on the power early-ish and hit a river crossing the track (I think you can kind of see it in the video). You aquaplaned on the river and the power caused the back end to really step out.
I think the reason you didn't catch it is because you got off the power so there was no way you were going to get the back end back then. But if you had continued to try to save it then it could have ended much worse.
Not that easy to tell really from the video. Does it sound right to you?
