Default Check the speaker cable connectors in the door

What is not working the tweeter next to the door opener or the woofer by the door pocket or both ?

Which head unit do you have ?

Default you need to code the radio...

when they replaced the radio they never coded the control module properly. Ie: Bose/non bose. Does it say Bose when you turn it on? Assuming you have Bose. Oh, and its not the small phone speaker in the drivers door is it?

Default I didn't have to punch in a radio code

Maybe not all years require a code? After installing my engine and battery, my radio worked fine. The strange thing was my driver side window lost its one touch operation. Then, after a few days it started working again. Strange things..

Default not the security code...

the code that tells the control module what type of system the radio is hooked to. Ie: Bose/non bose.
