Basically I have a bubble in my sidewall of one of my tires. Big surprise, they are the 040's. So I took the wheel in to get the tire replaced. And they said that because there was a small bend in the wheel that the tire couldn't be replaced. I could understand this...but...the bend in the wheel and the tire bubble are at different spots and don't line up. So clearly the bubble and small bend are unrelated items.

I tried to start fighting them on it, but I said screw it, I just simply will not buy a car from them again.

Bring the problem to Schmitts in Buffalo - I have had very good luck with them.

I hate it when they are problematic.

It's not like they are going to take a picture of the wheel on the rim to show to AoA.
All AoA cares is if they have a bubble or not!

I keep buying cars from them because they have what I want (Porsche, Audi, BMW)and they're local, but their service sucks, and they always take an adversarial approach to any problem. It's just their corporate culture or something.
