a lot of people here would say that a 22mm would induce a good amount of oversteer and that 19mm would is preferred. I agree, BUT it also depends on the drivers preference. Personally, I like the handling gains I've achieved with my neuspeed 22mm and I cant wait to get some decent suspension to give a more comprehensive review of sway bar + suspension.
Overall, its a cheap mod which greatly impoves body roll of our cars.
I say go for it...either a 19mm or 22mm

I have had the 11mm, 16mm, 19mm, and 22mm bars on my A4 and S4. I highly recommend the 19mm bar with the support brackets. IMHO, the 22mm bar is overdoing it.
