OK, I posted on the forum last week about my rear view mirror going out - Not dimming - the mirror has bubbles of dimming solution in it. So I bought one from an out of state junk yard but now I have a different problem - the mirror looks permanently dimmed - no bubbles. The mirror sensors seem to work in that the side mirrors dim but there is a yellow look to the rear view mirror - does not look right and does not dimm when I put my fingers over the sensors that should darken the mirror. This appears to be a new problem and I have not run across anything like this before.

Sounds like it is DOA. Send it back for a new one.
