The rear windows will go down if i use the controls up front....but for some reason, both the right and left side rear window controls do nothing. It's like child lock is on, even if the switch is not. I was thinking that the child lock button is busted, because i doubt both the right and left buttons would break...or could it just be a fuse?
Thanks for any insight

So you can roll the windows down from the front but not up? I once had the problem in a different car where the wiring that went from the drivers door to the rest of the windows had a broken wire. This caused one of the rear windows to stop working using its switch and I could only get it to go down not up from the drivers door.
The trick to getting the window back up was to open the driver door, and use the controls on the driver door to raise the window. As you hold the switch in the "move up" position you jiggle the wiring harness that goes between the door and frame in the hinge area.
Of course the fix was to get the wiring replaced but at least this keeps the rain and thieves out.
