It comes with tether & strap to anchor to back latch if that is what you're asking.

Default Mine doesn't but you can buy a LATCH strap at any baby store....

The recaro is different from other car seats in that it has no straps of it's own and uses the seatbelt across the childs lap.

Correction, it has one strap but only for top tether. Nothing for the child.

Default Well that's part of it.

LATCH = Lower Anchors and Tethers for CHildren.

I'm wondering about the LA part. It is instead of strapping the seat in with the car's seat belt.

http://www.car-safety.org/latch.html</a

Can you get them with the Euro ISOFIX instead of LATCH? TIA.

Default No. But it does not need it. It is a booster seat, and it relies on the seat belt to secure it.

It works well/easily. You just put your child in the seat, and then fasten the seat belt like you would for an adult (it also has a top tether strap that I leave fastened). Where LATCH helps is with true car seats where you would otherwise have to thread the belt through slots in the back of the seat, get the belt tight, etc. This is much easier than that.

Because it is a booster seat (not a child seat), it does not have/need LATCH.

Default Once they get to be ~2 and/or ~30lbs, it will be perfect. I have two (of each).

Kids and booster seats that is.
