Bose law firm. BTW, was this public property, or was it a private lot? I don't think they have

just wait until your buddy's insurance co. hears about this one.
his rates will sky rocket if he does not get dropped all together. If I was his insurance agent, I would kick him to the curb.

as far as i know, police cant ticket you for traffic infractions in a private lot...I've had police
come complain about something when I'm in my dads parking lot and I told them where to go cuz I knew they couldn't do anything...it's like doing a burnout in you driveway...they cant do anything unless someone complains about the noise or if you do it on the street...
