Recoded my tranny again the other week to see how it would work with L10 stuff....

UPDATE:
I recieved an email today from someone with the same 17125 code. Kind of nice timing since we are still trying to get this sorted out.
Here is what I emailed back to him.
"We sent my TC to L10 originally to get the thing rebuilt into "their" L10 TC. Once we got it installed in the car we still had the 17125 code. So we rebuilt the valve body thinking that it was a stuck or loose "lock up clutch" vavle. No luck. We finally last week pulled the TC back out of the car to find out that the seal was torn. (the one deep inside the TC) The guys that installed the TC are Audi certified techs that have done it hundreds of times, so the chances of them tearing the seal on install seem pretty slim. We talked to L10 and they refused to help us on it. Basiclly we have to buy another TC from them. They did admit that they do not always replace that seal. (which really pisses me off since that was the whole reason I sent it to them in the first place). We had another transmission shop take the TC apart only to find out that it was the old style seal in it (the one Audi is having problems with and replaces with an updated seal). So either they put in an old style seal or never replaced it in the first place. We are trying to track down the right seal to have put in the TC. (no luck at the moment). So I would start with the TC but make sure they replace the seal otherwise you will be pulling the trans at least twice. "
